The Municipality of Chester is working with CBCL and FBM on a Traffic Impact Study and Improvement Plan and we are looking for feedback on your experience within the Village of Chester. The primary objective of the project is to provide technical analysis and recommendations on ways to improve circulation. This includes vehicular movement and parking, as well as bicycle, pedestrian, and mobility-aided modes of transport.

    Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments on the Traffic Improvement Study for Chester. This survey will be available until August 30, 2021. We will be compiling these comments in the Fall, along with technical studies and what we hear at community engagement events. Together, these will inform recommendations for improvements.
